Terms and conditions

  1. The organiser of the Three to Follow competition is Jo Davis of Common Farm, Eastrop, Highworth, Wiltshire SN6 7PP. By entering, you accept the rules set out below and on the How it works page.
  2. You must be 18 or over. Employees and close relatives of the organiser cannot enter.
  3. Entrants make a one-off payment of £10 and submit their name, contact details, three chosen racehorses and two reserves. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted, and entry fees are non-refundable.
  4. The competition dates and closing date will be those published by Jo Davis Racing for the current competition.
  5. The competition is skills-based, requiring entrants to use their knowledge of Jo’s horses to select three horses to follow during the competition. The details are set out on the How it works page.
  6. Competition prizes will be those published by Jo Davis Racing for the current competition.
  7. Winners’ names will be published on the Jo Davis Racing website. A list of the horses’ points may also be published on the website.
  8. The organiser may disqualify anyone who cheats, breaks the rules or acts unfairly. All decisions are final.
  9. The organiser is not responsible for lost or delayed entries, or for any loss or injury, except where required by law.
  10. Personal data supplied by entrants will be used to run the competition and award the prizes. It will be handled securely and in line with data protection law, as described in our privacy policy.
  11. The organiser may change or cancel the competition if necessary. Any changes will be announced.
  12. These rules are governed by English law.
  13. These rules are the terms of the competition. By entering, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

Online entry

Entries are made through the online Three to Follow form. You must select your horses, accept these terms and conditions and complete the £10 payment through Stripe. An entry is only confirmed once the payment has been completed.
