Benvoy was bought by Jo for a consortium of owners to share in different types of ownership, depending on what they could afford (see our syndicates page).

 

Some of the owners are the long-suffering #TheseGirlsCan ladies, who have kindly agreed to allow some of our other lovely owners into their syndicate (including men!).

He is a 2021 gelding by Fastnet rock out of a Montjeu mare and is half brother to some lovely horses.

​

He has become a yard favourite very quickly as he has the best temperament and is just the most willing to learn.

​

Benny was clueless about jumping when we first got him, but has really taken to it after intense schooling.

​

Benny has now won 2 over hurdles, one of which was a grade 2,Jo has high hopes for him this season.
